Yes, you can wear your dentures at night but it is preferred that they be removed. In order to allow your gums and bones to heal from the strain of the denture during the day, you should take out your dentures at night. Make time during the day to thoroughly clean your mouth and your prostheses if you must wear dentures for social reasons or to stop your jaws from closing too much. Never wear your dentures all day long without taking care of your dental hygiene. Cleaning and storing dentures in water should be done at night.
